The project aims to create new jobs, improve knowledge and skills of managers of existing businesses, providing information about the nature of social enterprise development in the region and promote the development of social enterprises in Ukraine.

"Social Enterprise" - a business that in addition to creating financial gain pursuing social goals and directs profits for self-development, public affairs, or to solve social problems.

The purpose of the competition: to support the implementation of business plans developed by small companies and businesses beginners (with up to 10 employees and have experience of three years) by providing sets of equipment for use on free loan conditions, and promoting social entrepreneurship component in existing business.
